Hi,just got a new RCZ diesel with sat nav and wondering if there is a module available to allow watching a video whilst the car is in motion,i had one in my Scirocco R and worked great from kufutec...

I managed to get a music cd that had a small 2 min video clip to play on it ! It just started to show the video clip as we were driving along ?
When i mentioned this to my son, who's into all things techy, he wasn't a bit surprised as he reckons it's quite simple to convert a dvd in a different format so that the NG4 system thinks it's playing either a music cd or music/images from an sd card, apparantly it's all just down to fooling the system and will not cause any harm to the unit because it just thinks it's playing a different format.
The naughty bit is that it's totaly illegal.
Many of his mates who have "inbuilt" systems have done it. Kids eh :eusa-think:
After market systems are even easier to do, it's a simple case of wireing up the system slightly different to what the instructions say, it really is a case of crossing two wires, so that the system thinks the hand break is applied, it then allows a dvd to play.
I will find out how it may be done on NG4 and get back with a thread explaining how he re-formated the dvd.

when i bought mine, it was mentioned to me that "there's a way to sort it". if/when i hear any more, i'll feed back...

Does anyone find any solution to this problem, and finally can watch video while moving? Thanks for any info.
