Hello guys hope you all are well!

I have a big problem with my RCZ...

I don't know if its related but I own a 1.6 156hp RCZ 2011 and I have replaced the thermostat housing because it was leaking.
The new housing came with new wiring and everything was installed correctly!
After the replacement I tested the car and an error appeared "Engine repair needed" and I lost the Turbo.
I checked with my OBD scanner and the errors were P0098, P0238 and the P0299.
The P0299 its the only one that keeps in the memory.
Since than the turbo didn't work again!
Realy don't know what happened or whats happening...
Does anyone of you had the same problem?
I would like to know your opinion before go to the Peugeot...

Thank you very much guys!

Greeting from Lisbon, Portugal!

Code P0098 relates to the air intake temperature sensor, an open circuit in the sensor circuit.

Code P0238 relates to an issue with the intake boost pressure sensor.

Code P0299 means the turbo is not providing the correct boost pressure.

This could all be due to cross- or improperly connected sensor wiring.

Not trying to insult you, but things to look at are:

Are all the sensor connectors fitted where they’re supposed to be?

Are all the sensor connectors mated properly?

Is there any wiring damage evident?

Have a look at those items first, before deciding what to do next.

Hello Pete!

No problem but I have checked everything twice and all connectors are properly installed!

I forgot to say that the new thermostat housing comes with new temperature sensor and new wiring.

Don't know if theres a conflict because the car now have two temperature sensors.

Maybe a ECU update...
