RCZ roof arch removal

Hi All, sorry if the is a recurring question but I'm having trouble finding answers. I want to wrap my roof arches (gloss black) and my wrapper ( ) wants to take them off for a better long lasting finish but he hasn't done an RCZ before. Has anyone got any advice or instructions? Thanks

They do come off, I haven't done it and I don't think it's particulary easy, so if he does it right, tuck em in best he can.

Mine came off back in January 2015 when I had a new screen fitted (who knew they had to take the arches off to fit a windscreen :eusa-think: )
I didn’t watch the guy doing it, but it seems they are clipped on.

Basically remove your wipers remove two screws from wiper motor cover (scuttle trim) this will reveal the front screws for the arches, open doors and pull down top door seal revealing more arch screws remove these then using plastic trim removal tools prise from roof outwards away from car to release from clips.

had mine done in diamond silver for £300 with them on the z by a company called d signs in Letchworth looks fantastic you cannot even see that there wrapped

Hi there and looks like you went to town on them as I did when I got mine sprayed last month. Did notice that the lining up clip gromit had come out or snapped did you get a replacement one or make one as I did then got one from the scrap yard..

I will have a go one fine day just to clean them I love knowing how it comes apart an back together again hopefully

It's pretty easy but one thing I would say is that you will need a second pair of hands to help you hold the arches to help stopping it flapping around and to hold when you remove it from near the bonnet. Slowly slowly and you will be OK
