Am I right in saying... 3 nights @ hotel ( Saturday 23rd Sept / Sunday 24th Sept / Monday 25th Sept ? ) The dates don't equate to a three day drive or is it that you have not confirmed the dates yet?

Concerning the deposit you can pay that cash when you come to the meet in Zeeland.

For the meet we have RCZ from 4 different countries :

4 from Belgium
4 from Netherlands
2 from UK
2 from France

We all arrive at the hotel on Saturday 23rd of september in the late afternoon.

I have planned trips for Sunday, Monday and Thusday, so that's 24, 25 and 26 September.

On the morning of Wednesday 27th september we head back home.

So we will stay 4 nights in the hotel. This will be the hotel for our meeting : http://www.laudegg.at/en/

During the Zeeland meeting the people that will come to the meet in Austria will have lunch togehter so we can allready meet each other. SO if you want to join us you are more then welcome. We have allready ordered the food and ifyou come you need to inform what you would like to eat. You can choose out of three things :

* Sandwich Carpaccio Deluxe
* Salade with goat cheese
* Sandwich with Salmon

Next weekend Ann and I are leaving to spend our holidays in Italy. The last days of our holiday we will spend in Tirol to prepare the RCZ Road Trip.

I have mapped out three different rides and one of them is a Queen stage with 7 cols, 6 cols above 2200 m, with the absolute highlight the Passo di Stelvio (2752m) :

- Passo di Ressia (1504m)
- Passo di Stelvio (2752m)
- Passo di Umbrail (2501m)
- Passo del Fiscagno (2291m)
- Passo d'Eira (2208m)
- Passo di Livigno (2315m)
- Passo del Bernina ( 2328m)

Afterwards the road book will be completed with more text and explanation of what we all see and encounter.
Dimitri De Carlo will this bundle in nice a brochure.

That sounds real good, if the European meet is anything to go by, then I'm sure it will be another great success !!

Have yourselves a brilliant holiday in Italy and safe driving in the Alps.

Look forward to more info, I have just bought another R so it will be virgin territory for that one too.

I'm back from my vacation and I have taken the time to prepare our road trip during the last days of my vacation.

I now have all the details I will now prepare the road books.

The road books are ready, they will be available in English, French and Dutch.

One less thing to do for our road trip, that's only 2 month away :dance:
