Nice, are the those triangular blocks you attach separately?

Yes.....they attach separately using 2 screws per block. They come in a pack of 4, easily available on ebay. You can get them in satin finish (like mine) or gloss or carbon-fibre look. Some even have a red or coloured screw cover. I just put silver tape over my covers to match the car.
The diffusers took about 15mins to install and fit nice and tight!

I'm always a bit apprehensive about putting holes in oem parts but I might make an exception for this, especially since it looks factory and I can't imagine I'd have a reason to take them off at a later stage.

Same here bud.
I took a bit of time lining them up and used masking tape as a guide. Then stood away from the car to check on the look before fixing the screws.
