Just bought the latest edition if Autocar (12th Feb edition) as it has their review of the RCZ R (and because I wanted to read more of their other tests including the new Porsche Macan which looks awesome).

Apparently that's how it actually performed on test as opposed to the quoted figures provided by Peugeot.

Thanks a lot for this upload! The gear ratios are mentioned in there! Great, I was able to calculate that the RCZ R will go up to 165mph when unlimited. Nice! I'm going to unleash my RCZ R for se autobahns

I don't see how they can say that is what is will be worth in 3 years. Personally i don't think that will be true. They will not be mass produced so will be a rare commodity. They will be likely to keep their price better I would think but time will tell.

I'm also surprised with their 0-62 figure on their test. What Car found the normal 156 THP real 0-62 figure was actually better than Peugeot claimed so I would have thought the R would be better.

I suppose RCZ1 that it depends on an awfully large number of variables, volume of fuel onboard, tyre pressures, temps etc etc.

Obviously the figures surrounding the depreciation are very much estimated but I don't think that the relatively few models sold will necessarily have any effect on their future residuals. Time will tell.

£33,175 for the car tested is pretty steep though!!

This car causes me so much inner conflict...

Is the ERP based on what you would get if you traded it in, or what you would pay if you bought it?
These could be different numbers.

Comparing ERP with list price now is not a true reflection. No-one ever pays list price. I paid sub £30k for my RCZ R even with the extras of front parking sensors, decals, contrasted mirrors. The dealer obviously made money from me so it shows there is a good chunk of profit built into the asking price.
