Will be changing the gearbox oil in the r soon but can’t find much info on which grade is suitable for the r, has anyone changed theirs?

Mine is not an R and did mine around 68k miles. I'd like to think it felt better but could just be placebo effect. Also, I fitted a short shifter at the same time so not quite fair comparison of before and after feel.
As Flanners saying, certainly worth doing and pretty easy to do.
