Hi All,
I'm a newbie to this forum and I'm sure my subjecthas already been done to death, but here goes.
I have a 2014 RCZ with the 200bhp engine which is fitted with a G.Cartier PSA9646902580 - 63299058 coolant level sensor.
I have read various feeds related to problems with this sensor on other sites or the net and I am also now experiencing issues with the unit in my car. It comes on if you turn a corner or hit a bump and is intermittent. The coolant level in the bottle is fine and is always at the max level, so low level is not the issue.
I have ordered an new unit of identical make and model and will replace the current sensor, however my concern is how reliable are thes units, given the car has only done 46,000k.
Is there an alternative sensor which will do the same job or is this the only type to use for this application?
Cheers Jeff
