It doesn't matter how much you spend on a car be it Mercedes, Audi, Ferrari, Land Rover, Fiat, Vauxhall - they all have problems and faults which are common amongst models. Each will have niggling issues which will affect some but not others. Forums only tend to highlight those faults. The most common of faults tend to get ironed out over time but fault free motoring is never going to happen. On my own car I have had two of the faults - the timing chain and the groaning wing mirrors. Both were dealt with by my dealer efficiently and effectively. The way that they sorted out the problems helped my decision in ordering another RCZ.

I would agree Rizzo, on #9.

I wasn't 100% serious when adding that one

Many people go on about how much say a TT cost's compared to the RCZ, but I wonder is making a saving by purchasing cheaper coming at a cost for Z owners ?

Internet forums attract a lot of people who have problems with their cars, so those are over-represented in forums.
I was a regular in an Audi A5 forum, and, at times, you would think this car can barely drive a straight road without falling apart every 5 minutes...

No-one has been sent to Coventry. Threads like this, as Jactac pointed out, are plentiful on the forum. You are having your say and there is a counter argument too. The problems on all models / manufacturers are there for all to see, on all forums.

Just to make that clear, I meant the Audi falling apart, not the RCZ.

Sorry if my statement was confusing...
