It's not good at all, but in the main most of the faults that we have had are the same faults .
The Z was on our roads in 2010 it's now 2013 and most of the same faults just keep reappearing, it will be interesting to see if Peugeot have acted on them for the so called "face lift", or is just those small cosmetic changes they have concentrated on, I wont hold my breath. :eusa-think:

Don't worry, not all RCZs are the same:)

The vast majority on this site seem to be though, just look at the stats on the technical page, come on now, not even you can deny the facts and figures. ;)

Point number 9 appears a little out of place... :eusa-think: but maybe that's just me.

Sorry to hear about your latest set of problems Jactac. Hopefully they'll all be quickly sorted under warranty. Will you keep us posted?

One of the things that worries me about the RCZ was the reported lack of foot space at the side of the clutch. I was so pleased when I could not only put my foot to the left of the clutch but my big clumsy booted foot. Lets hope the test of the issues have been addressed. Only time will tell.

I would agree Rizzo, on #9.
To be honest, the points I've raised have either been dealt with, or confident that the ones ongoing will be dealt with.

But like you say earlier in this thread, it seems to be the same crux of faults appearing all the time since the Z was introduced.
Many people go on about how much say a TT cost's compared to the RCZ, but I wonder is making a saving by purchasing cheaper coming at a cost for Z owners ?
For Peugeot to be able to sell the Z with all it's toys lower than other "like for like" cars, then obviously that cost cutting at point of manufacture can only be achieved by using cheaper parts ect. Maybe this is why it seems to be the same parts going faulty :eusa-think:

The raised foot rest doesn't get in the way, I would say it's no worse than any other car I've driven. In fact I would suggest that the Z's leg room at the front is one of it's plus points.

Jactac, you raise some interesting points. I dearly hope that Peugeot haven addressed the regularly reported faults on the face lifted models.

I noticed that on someone else's brand new posting the other day, it gave a date instead of a time, sometime in 1971! Then when I went back in to check it showed correctly :-?

<edit to add, I don't know if it was just a tapatalk issue or if it would've shown the same incorrect date/time in the full site...>

Bloody technology. It's just as well we don't rely on it for anything important. Like air traffic control or owt...

I always knew that RON romanticised about "simpler" times and has fought hard to avoid joining the mobile phone generation. However, it is easier explained now that I realise he is writing from a time when mobile phones are yet to be invented...
