Rather made a mess help needed....

Could anyone please advise how to carbon wrap by removing the central panel around the coin tray, spoiler button and more importantly how to remove the charging socket :crazy:

Was rather nervous about tampering with the socket and did not have the ness tools to lever out so took a short cut and try to apply in situ and The results were not good LOL reminded me of wallpapering when you get to the light switches :roll: :lol:

Any tutorials for removal anywhere so I can wrap the above neatly

This is what I would like it to look like, have the vinyl Carbon, knife and felt scraper and Hair dryer :thumbup:



Not like this hopeless effort …. as I say would like to do it properly

so can anyone here advise me how to lift the charge socket so I can prise up the panel to get a neat finish to edges please :helpme:

Easiest way I've found is to lift the handbrake gater nearest the arm rest and unclipped it there, then put hand underneath and feel for a tab, 1 on end (not the easiest to press) 1 on long edge press towards drivers seat and upwards.

Once one is up you can then get your fingers to it.
Disconnect the wiring by pressing the tang.
Remove the 12v socket by pressing 2 tangs.

Same with spoiler button
