Radio/sound system issue

Good morning,

After having my battery and voltage protection module replaced I have lost functionality of the radio and sound system. The screen just blinks constantly (CarIssue.MOV)

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I was under the impression it was coded via the VIN. Thanks,
