Radio display screen blank

Anyone have an issue with the display screen being totally blank? Bluetooth won't work but radio etc is fine. Don't have sat nav so basic screen involved.

Is it always blank or intermittently? Have you tried toggling with the 'Dark' button on the stereo console?

Always blank mate. Tried the dark button just under the speedo but wasn't aware the stereo had one. Don't believe it's a lighting issue...seems to be switched off and obv affecting my Bluetooth

Seen similar fault on 5008 which resulted in new display.
