Quads = No bikes?

Is this true??

Having seen a few posts it seems that the quads take the towbar away... therefore mounting a bike to the rcz is not possible??

From what I understand thats the case. I have a tow bar fitted. Quads are a nice to have but the tow bar is essential for me, both for the bike rack and towing my motorbike trailer.
