Quad exhaust

Hello everyone :) im looking for upgrades for my rcz, and like alot of others, i like the look of the quad exhaust.
Ive looked over all the other advice on here, but all the supply companies that do fitting also are the other end of the uk, i live on the devon/cornwall border, so im wondering if there is anywhere nearer this end of the country that would do supply and fitment ?

Cheers for any advice

Try power flow exhausts, they will build you a custom system, they have outlets all over the uk.

I was originally going to install the ruffer rsll kit but it's extremely expensive for just a back box to get the quad look.

I'm getting a quote done on Monday for a full exhaust system with quad oval exhaust, will post back prices.

Depends how much you want to spend and whether you are going for looks or sound. If it's just the look you want, try the Zunsport quad kit - HERE. I got mine from RCZPERFORMANCE, who is unfortunately no longer trading but you may be able to get it elsewhere, also worth a look in the FOR SALE section... I got my dealer to fit for a small fee, having supplied them with the template for modifying the rear valance. There's a full DIY kit which you could pass on to any competent garage HERE

So quote done at sts Bromley for a full exhaust system.
Guy said they couldn't do a quad system(reckon guy was fobbing me off) as they said the tailpipes on the other side would poke out too much as they didn't have tips small enough for the right hand side plus they was worried about the piping going behind the rear fog lights.
I'm sure they could have ordered them in for me but didn't want the hassle of messing around with it I guess.

Total price for a full system(twin pipes on one side) just under £700.
Gonna have a look around and try to find a more willing and competent installer.

I know it's the wrong end of the country, but it would still be cheaper to drive up & back & even stay over - Tony Banks, Leeds, quad rear system, £399 fitted, choice of tips & choice of note ( e.g. Quiet, normal, sporty). Can be booked via EBay I think.

I have seen his work at the meets & it seems like a very good job.

Here are a few pics of quad systems.

The one above take the right hand feed out of the front of the back box and around the wheel well.

Can be tweaked for sound and performance.

This one bolts on to existing exhaust (with a small modification) and fits in the space behind the rear bumper.

Makes no gains in sound or performance.

Mine was made by myself based on the one above, but I used box section instead of round tube.

I did the same, got the exhaust from RCZ Prerformance and then the dealer fitted it for a very small fee, also using the template :)
