I have just had this liquid stuff pumped in my tyres and it turns to a gel by rotation and gives a perminant seal against 95% of punctures its a bit of a pain for the first 3-4 miles as it shakes the testicles off you untill its evenly sloshed around but after that its ok i went to huddersfield last night 30 miles on the motorway at 3 figures with no problems at all for a 19" wheel it takes 17 pumps on the equiptment at a quid a pump so i recon the 68 quid i spent is better than the price of just one new tyre after a puncure and using the gunk supplied
