I may be able to attend also but close to holiday time! Will let you know sooner the time!

Well I've provisionally booked a spot for 10 but the sooner people give a defo the better as the organisors need to plan for our size patch :) hopefully more the better ;) I'm going to look into getting a banner or board created to show our fantastic forum so ideas for that would be great!

Something along the lines of the logo on the forum would keep the theme for the banner. Vistaprint usually do good deals on these and I may be able to get it at a cheaper price. I could ask Tony if he has the original Gif of the logo?

Interestingly (perhaps), I see that you can also design window decals with vistaprint. Could this perhaps provide a solution to the much discussed owners forum sticker?

Yes I've looked at those and it is a possibility and like I said previously I would probably be able to get them at a good price because I use Vistaprint quite a lot and get a lot of special offers from them.
