Some of these could be mistaken for official promotion photographs. Absolutely out standing

Congratulations Vass - great photo.

Now can you give us some details about it. It's obviously a very long exposure or several merged. Can you tell us what the exposure was, etc - I'd be very interested to know.

Ah thanks RCZ1, and thanks to all for the votes :)

OK, this is a single exposure, camera on tripod, Car placed well away from city lights, deep into darkness.
the trick is to use a white light in front of you hidden from camera, walk around the car highlighting its curves "Light painting"
it takes some practice to get it right, black cars are the hardest to do this with.
After lighting the car, leave the shutter a bit longer (2 mins say) to get some ambient light into the frame.
job done!

Thanks Vass. I'll have a look at those pics when I get home, can't see them on the work's PC.

I've yet to do any light painting but its something that does interest me. I've seen some very good images using this technique. Thanks for info. :thumbup:
