RCZ1. conventional, as I always have without any problems.

Is it recent threads with pictures you can't see or older threads. Some pictures did not transfer over after the upgrade, as I find from time to time. Any pics posted since the upgrade I can see them all. The particular thread you mention, I can't see the picture either and I've tried to edit it to adjust the link, but I can't seem to get it to appear.

I think its probably just the odd one or two that I cant see.
As I can see most pics on here I dont think its the site, more likely to be the way the pic was uploaded to the site.
