After the success of lasts months photo competition, we've decided to make this a regular thing.

To enter in this months competition, please post your picture(s) below. Last day for entry will be 28 February 2011. The Mods and I will shortlist our favourite photos from the entries and these will be put to PeugeotRCZforum users in a poll to vote for the eventual winner.

No prize, just your chance to show off your photography skills, your car, and your hard work.

Good Luck!

Figo, I like the pictures. But it would not hurt to work on the levels. That is if you are working with PS. If you are working with a tripod? Try to lose the cars in
the background. They are distracting the attention of the subject, your RCZ.

I like the effect of the purple wall. If you would have taken another angle you could have lost the other cars behind your RCZ. Turning the front wheels towards the camera is also helpful.

You have got a keen eye. And not to forget a great subject ( your RCZ ) I can not wait to get mine and get the camera out.

I agree with Helen, Figo. You're obiously interested in taking nice shots of your car, and because it is so gorgeous you can be blinded to what detracts from the shot in the background. Take the time to compose the picture right, make sure there's no cars, or rubbish bins, or dogs, or street lamps growing out of your roof etc. 5-10 minutes of properly planning a shot can take it from aerage to stunning.

You say you are not one for photoshop Figo but you can still keep it natural looking. You only have to do the minimum changes ie levels, curves, etc and it can transform a picture. Using Photoshop is not a cop out. If you shoot raw, then you have to do some processing. Once you've shot raw you won't go back!

I like the point of view in your pictures. On the second picture your levels have gone all over the place. This is what I would have done with that picture. All photo credits off course belong to yourself. The quality is not that good because of the original format size.

Looks like you've HDR'd it there Helen. I think in the original photo he was trying to get a silhouette - I may be wrong!

Then the noise will be less. It has now gone sour by the small format. You can mail it to me, Then I will mail it back for your own archives.
