Thank you very much! Unfortunately, I am not that technically inclined. Is there a way to use a search function to go through the 1800 pages to find the topics you want? I can see all 1800 pages but have not been able to figure out how you can search through everything to find the topics that I am looking for.

It is probably not possible, since the PDF is not a digital scan, but a physical scan of the actual paper documents. You could try opening it in Acrobat Reader and run it through OCR to get the actual characters that are searchable.
