Peugeot RCZ THP 200 cold start rattling noise

Update using a bit of oil 0-30 grade went to minimum since the oil change approx 2000 miles
Still a slight rattle pitch sound for 5-10 second but now noticed noise came back on again
Any thoughts ? Tensioner 38000 miles atm
