As official partner of BBC Children in Need, Peugeot could have picked no better place than last weekend’s fun filled CarFest at Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire (25-26 August), to start in earnest its countdown to the BBC Children in Need Telethon night in November.
The brainchild of Radio 2 presenter Chris Evans, the two day sell-out event proved every bit as popular as anticipated with scores of great cars, lots of delicious food and music from the likes of Razorlight, Texas and The Magic Numbers – all to help raise funds for BBC Children in Need.
With Pudsey never too far behind, the Peugeot team spent the two days encouraging people to ‘Let Your Body Drive’ with some fun and interactive features and professional dance routines to help boost fundraising.
Peugeot, working closely with its nationwide Dealer network is an official partner with BBC Children in Need and has already raised a huge amount through various fund raising activities. Over the coming weeks, the Coventry based company will be announcing many further initiatives that will give the UK public the opportunity to support Children in Need through its Dealer Network.
