I like the pearl white but the stripes no. They are way overdone and as you know I don't like black alloys, even if it would compliment my scheme :)

I think you should for your next car get a black MK2 version of the rcz just because of your detailing expertise then you can show off your work  white/pearl you really cannot see the real effort used.

as for your point with the stripes is this very common now on all cars now from hyundias to lamborghinis, so even more head turning :eusa-whistle: :eusa-whistle: i will get these stripes as soon as i start back work along with black soltice wheels

I don't think black is for me. I have my husband's big black beast to do and that's bad enough. They look great when just done but quickly show dust, etc. I've only owned one black car myself and I said never again.

IF i had the money i would get this kit and in just my humble opinion its the best looking white rcz i have ever seen   if it had black soltice wheels even better but the side decals are very, very nice rizzo

Always value your opinion Jassy and that does look really tidy. Does the car look like it's writing cheques it can't cash though...? There wasn't actually any mention of which decal they were going to order come to think of it...

"Writing cheques it cant cash"  yip its a Top Gun rcz

   if that gives me the opportunity to grow a moustache, refer to myself as "Viper" and blast the soundtrack out at earth shaking volumes then "I feel the need, the need for decals"!!

Alright I'll take Goose or Maverick ("I'm dangerous...") due to my novice status but I draw the line at homoerotic volleyball and showering.

Well...an update, Peugeot Group I must once again applaud your efforts to rectify the problems that I have faced and to reaffirm my faith in yourselves. That, at least, has been successful. However, sadly my dealer has done nothing to alter my views on them. After, a period of almost a fortnight after speaking with a member of Peugeot in Coventry I had ended up having to chase up my dealer regarding the feline kit that you so kindly offered to fit. Eventually, I sat down with the GM at my local dealership and had a frank and honest conversation with him regarding the issues I had faced. We reached what I regarded as a satisfactory solution.

Some days later my RCZ went in to have the kindly supplied feline kit fitted (Friday 13th April), the 6-8 week service check FINALLY carried out, a boot catch that they damaged during a repair, incurred by them before taking delivery of my brand new car, examine a loss of power etc etc However, despite it being in for a whole day, it must go back in again at the end of the month as the full black grille has to be fitted as only half of it has been. apparently there was a degree of uncertainty regarding whether I wanted both parts fitted...not making too much of an issue of this but would have expected a phone call from them to seek clarification rather than them just not to bother and wait for me to collect it. However, on stopping off on my way home I decided to inspect the cut to the rear valance for the fitting of the quad exhaust. I was quite appalled at the lack of proficiency with which this has been cut. It's pretty shambolic to be honest...a mixture of straight lines, visible scuffs and scratches of varying depth and so on. I tried to photograph it for illustration but they didn't come out terribly well...I will try again if ever the rain stops. I quickly phoned the dealership to speak with the parts manager but he was "with a customer". I left a short message and I was promised he would phone me back...4 days later and I am still waiting for this return phone call).

The boot catch is now repaired and a variety of software updates later and the car feels like a different animal. However, i am upset and angry by the continued poor treatment from my dealer and shocked and appalled at their efforts/butchery with my rear valance which, on inspection, just looks horrendous. So...thumbs up and thank you to Peugeot for your efforts, the feline kit is wonderful and i love it, but still little positive to say for my dealership dealings. I will keep you posted as to what happens with the rear valance if they ever return my calls or take them!!!!

If the current dealer is so bad, I would simply visit another dealer in the next closest town or place of work (eg home = Luton, work = reading) . I certainly wouldn't continue seeing them. May even be a completely different dealer network and hopefully comes with a smile :)

Thanks JC, that's a really good idea and something I would normally pursue, however my next closest Peugeot dealer is a 4 hour round trip away which isn't terribly handy...curses! However, my hand may be forced in this matter.

Btw, I apologise for the rant about this but it's truly becoming infuriating.

4 hours would be too far for me too. I'm luck to have a choice of 3 Peugeot dealers all within 30 minutes drive. Spoilt for choice. May a box of roses will do the trick and clear the air between you and the dealer. Once all your issues are addressed (if not already).
