Having gone through the new Z to find any faults, the passenger seat will not move back or forward although it was doing yesterday and the rake of the seat operates normally.

Looking under the seat for any loose wires I noticed a mini squeegy wedged beneath the lateral bar.I removed it(how it got there?)but there was no improvement in movement.

Is there anything I should look for bearing in mind that with the seat in situe visibility is limited.

Could need a new motor if it tallies up with the above. As I doubt that function alone is fused.
You could try a salvaged motor. How easy they are to change though, I don't know.
