Panel seams -near front headlights

Has anyone looked at the joins between the panel seams on the front end of the RCZ.
The exact points are the two seams (either side of the front headlights).
On my 'baby' - the seam on the front drivers side is wider than the seam on the front passenger side?

i went back to the showroom and looked at other new models - low and behold the seams on either side differ on all the models on display.
When i confronted the dealers - who were very good about it - they said the official line for seams between panels is a gap tolerance of 1.5mm. The gap should only be 4mm with a +/- of 1.5mm.

My gap over the front wheel arch at the widest end is 8mm. Hence my concern on weathering and rust in the future -as it would be a weak point.
My concern is - do I have it looked at and worked on by the dealers and inherit issues created by the dealers and bodyshop in the future or do I leave it. As the car is new and under warrenty I am in a cleft stick?
What does the forum think? Pictures posted and attached to see if other owners have a similar issue?

Mine are even so it seems your bumper is mounted a bit off, chase them up and Demand they put it right!

These are shut lines and not seams as such, therefore rust is not going to be an issue. However clearly they are not to standard but it should be a simple job for the bumper and or bonnet to be tweaked to ensure a better panel gap. :D This is something I am required to do on a regular basis as part of my business so any dealership should be able to sort this out.
