Pairing iphone X

Hi, I wonder lf you can help me. I have changed my phone and am having problems pairing it. I was using an iPhone 7 with no problems but the system keeps failing on telephony with my iPhone X. Any ideas??

Maybe try deleting your old phone from the stereo first then try again with the new one in case there's some conflict.

I’ve tried that but still getting the same error. Is there perhaps a software upgrade that I need? I’ve checked the Peugeot website for compatible phones and for my car (2013) it stops at iPhone 8.

Mine is a 2013 200GT (MkII) I not only have my iPhone X paired, I also have my OH’s iPhone 11 Pro Max paired, no issues.

Thanks all. Tried again up the hill and it worked. Can only guess it was a dodgy signal.
