I'm close to giving up and hope that some of you folks can help me out.

About a year ago i started to get problems with the car going into limp mode. At that tiome i started to change parts and went to the mechanic multiple times. Things that we already did/changed:
Some of the problems went away, even the limp mode was gone.
But now i get from time to time the following codes:
And i don't know where i have to look or what needs to be checked or changed. I smoked everything, no leaks. Blow-off valve looks good. The turbocharger has power, no limp mode. The catalytic converter is clean. The wastegate and flap both work and look clean. MAF/MAP were cleaned. Throttle valve also looked good.
The codes come randomly after a couple days of driving. No limp mode, just the codes. I can happend while standing at a red light or while driving 50km/h.
The only thing that i see and am worried about is one of the camshaft sensors, the one further to the front because oil is pushed up around the sensor and even through the screw itself, see pictures. I swapped them both but no change.
And the PVC valve i loosing oil, see pictures. Is there a reason for it? Too much pressure which then shoots out the oil?
Everything else looks clean and good. Oh one thing that is strange, the fan is going 100% as soon as the codes come up or shortly before the codes come up. And it stays on for 20 second to a minute after i park the car. It's like a jet taking off. After i clear the errors the fan is quite again until it happens again.
Can someone help me? ^^

- new timing chain
- the right intake air pipe had a crack -> new one
- the left intake air pipe (going into the throttle body) had a crack -> sealed that up
- rebuild of the turbocharger
- new vacuum pump with new hoses
- new PVC valve (not orignial)
- some new sensors i'd have to look up which ones

- P2074 + P0234 + P2263
