P0342 and P0341 error codes

So I've got a RCZ 2011 200hp 1.6 petrol. I've recently got two errors: P0342 and P0341. What could cause this problem? I read somewhere it could be because of battery needs charging. I've never charged the battery and is a bit... untechnical So how do I charge the battery? I can't find the negative terminal. Do I just attach my charger to ground instead or do I need the take apart stuff?

Use the top bolt n/s on radiator.

This is the earth on the RCZ's.

Not sure if this can be used for charging, check the owners manual.
