Hi guys
Opening up another thread about this failure. I’m wondering if anyone has ever managed to open one up and repair it? At first I thaught it might be a system or wiring fault so I tested the wiring on the lamp and what I could get to externally on the lamp was all good, I then pulled off the NS lamp and plugged it in on the OS, it worked, just to double check I plugged the faulty OS unit onto the NS and it still was not working so I can only surmise that the fault is inside the lamp. Also does anyone know if these have to be baked to remove the plastic lens, I removed all the screws on the back but I think that they just secure the internal reflectors. Would appreciate any thoughts, I don’t really want to spend 300/400eur to replace it.
