Today I got the "oil level incorrect" warning on the dashboard - have topped it up & checked it with the dipstick, but the warning's still showing.

Any ideas ???

I've had pretty much every other sensor on the car fail so far . . . so nothing would surprise me !!!!

Having left it overnight - next morning the warning message had disappeared and it was showing 'Oil Level Correct' again when I turned the ignition.

It obviously just needed a few hours to realise that the oil had been topped up !?!?!?

Give it a few days and see if it still says it after its been driven a few times.

It may be that the sensors need time to recalibrate after an oil change.

Someone else had this not so long ago and it fixed itself.
