I’ve recently purchased privately a 2013 petrol RCZ with very low mileage. Took it for its first long run, about an hour, I needed fuel , put standard unleaded petrol in it, parked it up for 4 hours, then headed home, very quickly the turbo cut out. Took it to my garage the next morning, the fault codes were as follows,
1186H/4486 - undocumented code
P2191 - Richness Adjustment: Mixture Too Lean
After some discussion we agreed it may be that the fuel was low and I put in unleaded and maybe the previous owner ran it on super unleaded. Filled up with super unleaded and that seemed to do the trick for 5 days, until today, when the turbo cut out again. Garage removed fault codes and turbo back up and working, but for how long?
Does anyone know what the problem can be, why is there an undocumented code there?
All help would be appreciated.
