His name is actually Antonio, so is affectionately referred to as "Antonio the Sh1t", because Antonios are abundant.
We give his company a call every year to eighteen months, and he and a mate turn up in smart uniforms and shiny tanker.
many locals use one of the few farmers that have a tank on a trailer and pump, make a right mess, but charge less than the company we use who are national and of a higher standard all round.
It takes about half an hour and that includes hosing down around the manhole and the chaps washing themselves in a sink on their lorry.
Nearly three hundred beans, but we pay no sewerage or other charges, being independent other than for leccy.
They are very pleasant so a bottle of our finest (har, har!) each for cooking or mixing, and they go away happy.
Our "black hole" is refreshed and empty and ready for our waste water and effluent again.

That's a sh1t job that I wouldn't want to do, especially in the kind of heat you get on the hills.
Anyway after some of your lubricants those guys will no doubt help you fill up your black hole !!

Olive oil is like liquid gold these days, especially as Italy has been hit by some lurgy and is having to import oil. :roll:
Fig oil is a new one on me, but am always open to improvisation.
So assumed you meant our dubious wine which we give away at the slightest opportunity; and might if consumed neat and in quantity play havoc with ones Newingtons!
[those with a London slang vocabulary will get that!]
