Hi, as you can see completely new to this!

Feel a bit of a fraud as I'm not a RCZ owner until the 6th of November, but I thought I just test the water.

Unfortunately my car is not beening built until October, and by the time it is shipped to my dealer it's gonna be early November!!!

I'm counting down the days, hours & minutes, already booked a weeks leave definitely going put some milies on it!!

Unfortunately as I'm only a lowly paid Government lacky I went for the 2.0 HDI 163 Diesel Sport in Moroccan Red, although having series doubts about the spec maybe should have gone for the GT version!!! :helpme:

Welcome to the forum

Nothing wrong with the Sport spec. Just could do with a few more alloy wheel designs but still a great car. Love mine to bits and you've chosen a great colour

Hi and welcome. I have the 2.0 HDI 163 Diesel Sport. Collected it just over a week ago and am delighted with it. You will be delighted too

As RCZ1 said the 18" alloys could really do with a few more alloy designs, but they're not that bad. I did however spec the half leather, sports pack and black arches on mine. I chose the pearl white, but the Moroccan Red is a fab colour.

The hardest part for you now is the waiting

Don't believe Abzynthe, the time waiting for an RCZ does not fly by, it takes forever. Proof lies in my early posts, also look at eddreed and photojohn. However there is a very happy ending, and once she is yours you won't mind having waited.

The red looks great - roll on November.

It flew by for me, although I only had to wait a week

Thanks guys for the warm welcome!
The original plan was to buy a 308 CC, but was smitten as soon as I saw the RCZ in the showroom, now having worn the print off the brochure & consumed every road testing going, I still got another month & 6 days to go!!
On the plus side, I'm presently driving round in my partners Mettalic Orange Kia Picante (she loves it), I'm in for a double whammy when I get to drive a real car and it's gonna be a RCZ!!!!!!!

Hi Bob and welcome to the forum. Nice choice of car. I hope the wait isn't too painful. We were lucky to avoid that as the showrooms demo model had just been put up for sale when we went looking to replace our previous car. The waiting WILL be worth it, just hang in there :)
