Hi All,

I have just put down a deposit on a new RCZ diesel GT in opal white with Smoke silver alloys. Really excited but a bit nervous about buying a Peugeot, but really love the shape as it is so different.

I currently drive a BMW 530 Diesel, which I have done 100,000 miles in 5 years with no problems. But now looking for something a bit more exciting.

Could someone tell me if I should go for the Simple or Integral leather ?. I understand that the Integral leather is a no cost option on Solid colours. Is this correct and is one better than the other?

Also, I hear on the site that the facelift maybe out in Sept/Oct?. I don't want to get mine just before the facelift if I can help it. Anyone have any ideas on this?.

Thanks All.

Welcome to the forum :greetings-wavingblue:

Integral leather is a cost option on any colour RCZ, the last time I looked. However, the difference between the simple and integral leather is minimal. The Simple leather just looks like leather and people always assume that it is, so I would personally save your money and go for the Simple leather or spend it on another option.

With regards to the facelift, nothing is concrete. To be honest its mostly hearsay and nothing has been confirmed by Peugeot so I guess the decision is up to you.

Wouldn't bother with the intregral leather. Something like £1000 just to get different colour of stitching everbodys thinks the fake stuff is leather so save ur dough and get xeon's instead

Welcome to the forum. As previously stated the only way you can tell the difference between fake and real leather is by the colour of the stitching! Real = colour coded whilst fake is stitched with white thread. Choice is yours. However there really are some great options to go for and maybe you have chosen a few? The 2.0 HDi GT is a great choice though  Plenty enough humph with good fuel returns too. 52mpg, driving style dependant of course
With regard to a possible future facelift, Peugeot UK have stated that they have not got any plans at the moment for one, rumours abound to the contrary, but I think that Peugeot UK would be one of the first to know if PSA had such plans.

Hello and welcome, I'm sure you will love the RCZ. I'm an Audi man through and through, had 6 in total now, my last one being an A5 3.0 Quattro sport, was going to trade in for another A5 till I seen the RZC, not regretting it yet ;)
