Newbie RCZ owner - down under

Hi All,

Thought I should say hi...we've just recently bought a 2010 RCZ (Pearl White). I suppose I'm not technically the owner since its actually Dad's car - but I'll be doing most of the work on it. It might take me a little while between our house build, new baby, and a few projects of my own - but I'm looking forward to it.

Dad was trying to decide between a Audi TT, but always like the lines of the RCZ. Then fortuitously (perhaps not for the previous owner) a recently damaged once came up for auction - so we bought it.

Its had a bit of a knock to the LH front - so we're now on the hunt for a few parts. Most seem to be available easily enough, and I'm just trying to find a workshop repair manual and am making a parts list.

There aren't many RCZ's here, so parts will be difficult (or expensive)...but it is certainly a sharp looking car. Will look at getting parts from the UK mainly I think.
I don't know if Dad will get to drive it though - as mum now has her eye on it too :)

Regards,

Thanks everyone...trying to locate a working copy of a workshop manual seems to be a bit difficult ;)
Other than that, I've had some promising replies for some frontal parts.

Am considering upgrading the front to the 2014 styling seeing as we need a few new front parts anyway - I'll have to see what that ends up costing.

Cheers

Hello there!

I have some distant relations in Bundaberg, probably a thousands miles from you but the nearest I get to Australia.

I'd love to go some time, but I think it will remain a pipe dream. Especially as I keep spending money on new cars!
