Hi there and welcome to the forum, there is not that many automatic RCZs about out therefore I can't comment but I think that they are all 156 petrol but could be wrong... Think all in all a good motor as long as service history....

The petrol uses a timing chain.
As stated, all autos are 156 1.6 THP petrol.

Timing chain is prone to go but the best thing is to keep the oil topped up at all times and helps the chain and the engine too..

No recalls as such for the timing chain/tensioner but problems affect all the petrol variants even the R mostly down to oil quality and level, new updated parts have been available fir a long time now and most will have had them fitted at some point but if not looked after these too can fail. I believe the auto uses a Porsche auto gearbox.
