After searching and waiting I think I have found the RCZ with the colours/wheels/milage that I was after BUT this edition 2011 in white has writing down both sides - a stripe with the lion and PEUGEOT SPORT. My question is this a sticker or paint and can I remove it and leave it looking like it was never there? Cheers Matt

They should be a sticker, have a look at the rcz accessories and see if they are what you have.

Hi Matt,

Obviously it depends what the previous owner had done, but I have seen stickers resembling the description you have given.

Assuming it's a sticker, any sticker can be removed. Depending on how long they have been there, it is possible that there might be a residual image in the paint. This can be removed with a little effort and the correct products.

There are people on this forum that can advise you on this subject and I'm sure your new car could be made to look exactly how you would like it to.

You won't regret buying a Z, and strip it back to how it's supposed to look and you will not want to take your eyes off it

I would say stickers for sure. (I have seen that sticker before).

Is it a private sale? If it's a garage, tell them you want the stickers taking off. They will do it if it means a sale.

If it's private, there's a weekend project for you :eusa-think:

I've never done one, but like I posted, there are people on here that can talk you through that process.

Btw, you can get that front black Solstice alloy sorted for between £60 & £100 (they have to re-diamond cut the edge).

Those stickers usually comes off pretty easy with a heat gun and some patience.

Did a HPI and history search and it came out as Cat D - It was a total write off in 2012 also it explains the 6 owners in four years. Dodged a bullet there.

Good job you did the right thing, a lesson for everyone reading. A (not lucky) smart escape there.
