Welcome to the club!

Yeah, you can stream music from your phone via Bluetooth (don't know specifically with a HTC but see no reason why not). It should tell you more in your owners manual. Personally I find it easier to just have a load of music on a USB stick and just leave that plugged in but both ways work OK.

I think it does depend on the system fitted to the car. If it's the RT6 unit you can stream via Bluetooth from any source, but I'm not sure that the NG4 system does that.

Is the car a mk1 or mk2? I think all the mk1's had the NG4 system? But I think all the RCZ's have an audio jack so you can always plug your phone in via the headphone socket.

Someone on here who has a Mk1 is probably about to shoot me down in flames, cos not having had one, I can only go on what I've read on this lovely forum.

In any case, you don't want to be listening to any Namby pamby music, turn the volume up with your right foot, and fill your ears with the smooth sounds of the Z :auto-car:

Ps. Don't forget the photos when your dream machine arrives.

Hi and Welcome!

I have the NG4 system and I can't stream music from my phone via bluetooth. It does not support A2DP. So I just simply connected an USB drive to listen to music. In order to make it work, I had to change the format of the USB drive to FAT32.
