New little mod and Question?

Purchased little sticker for the wing mirrors, quite like the results I must say!

Can anyone advise on my exhaust situation. Either the black inner effect is wearing off or I need to buff the hell outta this thing. Can anyone confirm if this should all be chrome or if it should be black inside the tip?

Yeah it should be black and it's started to come off - so I'd buff it all off now.
