Afternoon all. Been looking at them for a while with a large amount of lusting but gave in last week and bought myself an RCZ:
- '11 plate
- GT spec
- Petrol THP 200
- 27k miles
- Black with light leather

Thoroughly pleased with it, pretty massive change from the '05 Micra i was driving before! Saw a lot of useful info on here so I thought I'd sign up and say hi! :greetings-wavingblue:

Thanks guys, this is the only picture I have at the moment and it's off the shelf standard....at the moment. In time though I will improve it, got my eye on a matt black centre stripe. Thoughts?

A matte black stripe could be very cool actually. I like your creativity and applaud any personalisation whether it's to my taste or not. Welcome to the forum and I trust you'll enjoy the significant attention that the RCZ draws!!

Welcome aboard matey.

Great looking car.

Just my opinion but I think the centre stripe would cheapen the look of the car. But of course we all see things differently so good luck with whatever you decide to do with it.

Thanks JimBrodei, I know what you mean. I'm still undecided, I thought that a matte black would be quite subtle, but a center stripe tends to be quite a statement whatever colour it is I guess! Hmmm. Decisions decisions. :eusa-think:

I agree with jimbrodie. When I looked at the picture of your car my first thought was what a wonderful gloss on the bonnet - looks fantastic! Putting a matt stripe across it would, in my opinion (and it is only my opinion) spoil it.

It's okay to be different and we always appreciate those that are. Having a matte stripe on a gloss finish is a good look. Share with us your new pride and joy on our Facebook page and when you do any other modifications (link to our FB page is in our signature).
