Anybody ever used this just ordered some for a change from gtechniq G5. Supposed to be much easier application process and not a fussy as G1. Ok similar to G5 as it'll only last 3-4 months but seems really easy just wipe on and off. Supposed to start working from 20mhp perfect for me.

Finally got round to using the bloody stuff been in the boot for weeks. The glass polish was really easy to use and left nice clean finish as for the sealant it self really easy applied with cotton pads supplied and even easier to remove. Just zap of with a clean microfibre cloth all the glass took about 20mins. A lot easier application than gtechniq G5 now just gotta wait for some rain to see how effective it is. Tried photo of sealant cured on glass hard as it just like a grey veil on the glass.

So it lasted a couple of months not bad but bit the bullet and did G1 today. First G6 to clean the glass then G4 polish great results but it's bloody messy stuff buffed of then G6 again. 3 coats of G1 on windscreen and 1 on rest of glass then G2 residue remover and finally another blast of G6. The windows are almost invisible and look really crystal clear its goona rain this weekend so see how it goes oh and a plus is I've now got arms like Popeye ;)

You know how much I love Gtechniq G1 - i've been using it for the last 5 years at least and it lasts around 14 months on my car.

However, I've recently applied Carpro Forte to all the glass on our cars. It's much easier to apply than G1. Polish the glass with Carpro Ceriglass - the best glass polish, which will remove scratches out of your glass, buff off with ease (easier than G4) then ensure all oils are removed by spraying Carpro Eraser on the glass and wiping. Then apply first coat of Forte. In the same way as G1 except it flashes straight off as you apply. Apply to the whole windscreen then without buffing apply 2nd coat and then onto the 3rd coat without buffing. When you have completed the third coat, using the same make up type pad, go over the whole glass, in effect buffing up the glass and smoothing out any high spots but as it flashes off quickly there is nothing really to see. That's it. Job done. It's so easy and no arms like Popeye required. I applied one coat to side windows and 2 coats to rear window. Now I wait to see how long it lasts but it's said to outlast G1. So far, first impressions are good.

You get all the products you require in a little kit in a box. The smallest bottle - 15ml, has done 2 cars.
