So my first choice would probably be the Aston Martin DB10...

Great thread idea - Awesome pics of the Chev. Love that Aston.

When I was growing up the Lotus Elise was always my dream car. I have owned one for a number of years now and still absolutely love it (dream come true).

My unrealistic dream then became a 458 Italia, but after driving one on a race track in Vegas last year I realised it would be completely useless to enjoy on the road and didn't really give me much additional in cornering fun / steering feel / grip (which are what I live for) - Although the soundtrack and acceleration were insane.

I think the only car I'd be keen to sell the Elise for that I'd actually use and enjoy on the road is an Exige V6. They look and sound fantastic, but are basically just a grown up Elise...With a supercharged V6 in the back :)

My dream car would be one of the older, eccentric Citroens. Like a DS21 or an SM.

Lucky this thread didn't need too much digging up, my spade is in the shed :D

Is that Citroen DS 21 in the middle (next to posing girl)? :eusa-think: I accidentally found these old timers in some parking lot

My dream car used to be Mitsubishi Eclipse 3G

Genuinely this is my dream car and I love it more every day!

But if I won the lotto I’d love a Ferrari Enzo

I find this question nigh on impossible to answer. If I could afford my dream car then I could afford anything and I'd build up a collection or short term, hire them.

For cheap sheer driving pleasure and fun I'd buy a Nissan GT-R.

For looks AND driving pleasure it would be a very shiny red Ferrari, very vague I know but so many of them look great.

That Aston is beautiful.

For a bit of fun I'd like to try a Tesla P100D, engage "Ludicrous", and be able to burn off about 99.9% of cars on the road (in a straight line).

For a nice GT, for doing a "Grand Tour" around continental Europe, I'd be buying a BMW M6 Gran Coupé, fully loaded. Maybe though it would be a Porsche 911 GT2 RS because it looks better but a bit scarier to drive.

Decisions decisions, what a dilemma to be in. :helpme:

Dream car is a difficult one - horses for courses, and all that.
BUT .. I have for some while wondered just what it would feel like to have EIGHT litres under my right foot.
I expect after a brief excursion I would say "thanks for the memory" and stick with what I am practically able to control at my age with reactions and demands diminishing!
So, ladies and gentlemen, put your hands together for ....
the Dodge Viper.

Hi Ian, yeh loads of images on net and I’m sure there’s a couple of videos of it actually being driven. Don’t think Peugeot will ever make it a reality for the masses but we can all dream!

Trouble is/was/always - Concept Cars are - er - CONCEPT CARS!
Teasers and photo opportunities at shows and events and chance for the Clarksons of this world to go a bit OTT.
Shame, eh?
But then I would guess the price would be as mind-blowing as the car! :(
