Might want to empty that wheel well - I don't fancy getting hit in the back of the head buy any of that lot under heavy braking... Friend of mine was permanently disabled due to spine damage when a tool box did that to her in the back of the car...

I'm impressed. You really hit the kerbs hard in the tight chicane and there is a lot of tyre squeal!
Only few cars were quicker and you were even taking the extra load of a passenger :!:
You are definitely not easy on the suspension and the tyres. I don't think I want to do this to my car...

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. Looks like an awesome project. Way beyond me sadly!! My knowledge and skills (or lack thereof) would prevent me even knowing where to start! I'd be really interested in seeing how the restoration goes! Perhaps you could do a thread on it? :D

@ Mod's:is there a place where I can open a topic about the convertible so that interested people can follow?

Loving this project!! Can't wait to see it develop!

I'd suggest that you start your own thread in the "General" section of the forum.

There were hail balls with a diameter of 7cm.
The storm last night was the 2nd we got.
The night from Friday to Saturday was the first but my neighborhood was spared.
Last night we got the full load.
In most cars, the windows were smashed and the cars are completely unrecoverable.
So I've got 'lucky'.
But this afternoon around 16h become a 3rd storm predicted national alert level 3., The highest here in Belgium.
So we have to wait and see before we can measure the total loss but this is really

Hells bells that must have been one hell of a storm. My stepson went out to America last year doing dent removals following their annual hail storm showers. He made a fortune but missed his little family too much to do it again.
