Music streaming problems

New owner of a 2012 GT 156. Had a look through the various topics, but can't see an answer. Car (non Sat Nav) will connect to my phone (Blackberry Z10) over bluetooth for phone calls, but can't seem to get music streaming. Pressed source, highlighted my phone, changed phone settings to allow media streaming, but it still doesn't work. Disconnected and reconnected, but to no avail. Although used car, has got 6 months platinum warranty so can take it to peugeot, just wondered if I was missing something silly.

Not too many blackberry users on here. I'm not sure if the system recognises that phone for music streaming. Have you tried the mute buttons on phone or media systems to check that they are not turned off?

With the sat nav version there is 3 options for connecting the phone
1) hand free
2) streaming
3) all

Might not be for your version but gave a look at the owners manual

Thanks for replies. Engine warning light has come on now, so having to take it in for a diagnostic check and I'll ask the technician. Prob something silly I'm doing/not doing, although more concerned about the engine warning light now!! Hope this isn't the start of things to come, only had the car just over a week
