well it went for a 20k service last month (well 6 weeks ago now) and they've just mailshotted me to bring it in becasue " its due for its service"

the mind boggles how these dealers actually operate!

That seems like a bit of an overreaction for a simple clerical error, I'm pretty certain the people that work on the cars at your dealership aren't the same ones doing filing and mailing.

I'd go with your sentiment, but, I'm yet to experience one single contact from ****** where they got it right

if we can move from 100% error, I'll gladly write a glowing report, sadly after a year, its just not looking likely
