Missing a plate?

Hi,

I recently bought a perl white RCZ 200HK, love it. Just got it on a lift and was wondering if a plate (underneth in front) is missing or it is supposed to look like that? At the other side there is a black plastic plate.

Is it possible that the mecanic had forgot to mount it after service? How do yours look like?
