Hi

I know there’s a lot of threads on coils plugs and HPFP other than throwing a lot of parts I’m not sure where to start.
In the last week my 2011 156 has started to throw up a few codes.
first was - p0524
P1336
P1340
P1338 all cleared fine
This was after I was low on fuel said I’d 70 miles left but on the way to fill up it struggled and these all came up.
second day after - p1336
P1340
P1338 all cleared fine
Forgot to take a pic but got a misfire on cylinder 3 cleared
Then I’ve had a reoccurring code popping up on its own p0087 had one occurance of p0172 everything has cleared but keeps coming back. I’ve recently had the timing chain some seals new water pump and pulley and aux belt done. Had new plugs at the same time ( Beru ultra titan). So not sure where to start new plugs new coils or HPFP. HPFP reads 5 before starting then 48 when started and on idle. Coil test on the obd2 passes on my icarsoft but only when first started and checking them one at a time. After this all fail. Watching live data the cylinders seem to fire fine as well. Also pressure picks up fine when revving. So any ideas what to check first or where to start changing parts. The chain and plugs etc were done by a garage that’s knowledgeable with RCZ’s so plugs would have been installed at the correct torque setting etc.

Hi mate, if you have the dreaded p0087 fuel pressure low it’s an indication your hpfp is failing, it can throw up random misfire codes also
