Mirror issue

Hi all has anyone ever come across mirror not tilting when selected and engaging reverse gear O/S works fine but N/S works sometimes

My O/S doesn't work because the door module is not communicating with the BSI so mirror is not tilting I haven't got around to stripping the door yet but may be one to watch out for in diagnosing the issue

Have you moved the mirror switch to the N/S direction before putting car in reverse as you need to select which side you want to see curbs
