Media Switches Off

Hi All,
I have a 2012 2 litre diesel HDI with the radio display etc on the top of the dash which folds down when off. I have a problem that occurs around 30 minutes after starting driving when the radio switches off, the blue tooth connection is lost and Sat Nav shuts down. Almost immediately the radio starts and the blue tooth reconnects however the destination entered into the Sat Nav is lost and has to be re-entered.
I'm asking if anyone else has encountered this issue and if so how did they remedy it? Thanks in anticipation.

I had an issue with the NG4 in my rcz shutting down randomly.
I discovered melted wires inside.

I replaced it with one from a scrapped 5008.

Try resetting the BSI if that fails it maybe the power lead as Zlain says they are a known failure on all the popup screens it was poss a design fault as the wires stretch over time resulting i connections damaged etc

There are software updates available this May sort it but if not there are specialists who will repair it for you.
Do you know what software version your running?
